Our History Our Facility Our Team      Our Future

In March 1989, Dr. Nancy Belknap opened Cypress Plaza    Veterinary Clinic in Rogers, Arkansas, a 980 square foot leasehold in Cypress Plaza Shopping Center.  The clinic quickly grew and expanded to almost 2000 square feet in the same shopping center in the summer of 1990.

In October 1993, the practice moved to its current location at 103 E. New Hope Road and changed its name to New Hope Animal Hospital (NHAH). Our Freestanding building is 5400 square feet including a 900 square foot upper level with a conference room and offices.

In addition to physical growth, New Hope Animal Hospital has expanded the services offered to improve the diagnosis and treatment of our patients.  We offer a full range of surgeries, dental care, radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, laboratory work-ups, allergy testing, microchipping, tattooing, and other professional services.

We are currently certified by the American Animal Hospital Associations (AAHA). In addition, Dr. Belknap received the 1993 Rogers Chamber of Commerce Small Business Award and the 1994 Northwest Arkansas Audubon Society Award.  In 1996 our Hospital was awarded The Hospital Design of the Year for the United States by Veterinary Economics Magazine. Other professional affiliations include the American Veterinary Association (AVMA), Association of Avian Veterinarians (AAV), Arkansas Veterinary Medical Association, Northwest Arkansas Veterinary Medical Association, Rogers Health Board, and Lions Club.
