Meet Our Doctors

Each member of our team believes in progressive care for your pet.  At New Hope, you have a choice - we encourage you to select a veterinarian in our practice that best suits you and your pet.  Of course, in the event of an emergency, or if your regular veterinarian is not on duty, you can still expect the same level of care and attention knowing all of us are part of a team focused on delivering a people-centered, complete care experience.

New Hope Animal Hospital continues toprovide the same level of excellence in compassionate, continuous care as yourveterinary health care team

Dr. Lori Brown is a 1980 graduate of Colorado State University. Prior to moving to northwest Arkansas she practiced small animal medicine in Southern California and  Western New York.  Her experience and special interest in feline medicine, internal medicine and radiology makes her a
valuable part of our team.

She is the mother of three fine young men and wife to a Wal-Mart DC Manager.  In her spare
time she enjoys reading, cooking, biking and most sports.  Her family wouldn't be complete without her three cats and two dogs.

Dr. Jessica May is from Plano, Texas and attended Harding University in Searcy, AR for her undergraduate education. Dr. May graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Michigan State University in 2012.

Dr. May met her husband Nicholas at college; Nicholas is a native of Searcy, AR.  They were married in May of 2011.  The Mays enjoy hiking, rock climbing, camping, and kayaking; they are excited to return to Arkansas and take advantage of the state's beauty.  Dr. May also has a large interest in supporting low-cost spay and neuter programs for animal shelters and low-income families; she was heavily involved in these programs in Michigan and would love to continue her support in this area.

Dr. May and her husband Nicholas have no children, but their 12-month old Labrador mix Wilco keeps them busy.  Wilco enjoys jogging with mom, chewing rawhide bones, and avoiding baths at all costs.
