Doogan was Jamie's 9 year old Yellow Lab. He died on June 3rd, 2009 in Jamie's arms at New Hope. He was a wonderful dog and will be missed.

Amy worked at New Hope Animal Hospital from 08/03/05 until her death on 12/09/06. She moved to Arkansas to be closer to her brother and two nephews. She started as a Receptionist and was quickly promoted to Receptionist Supervisor. She loved to sing and watch NASCAR. Her favorite driver was Dale Ernhardt Jr. Sadly, Amy suffered several injuries coming to work the morning of 12/08/06. Her car was hit head on by another car. She passed away the next day. It was a terrible tragedy and shock to everyone at New Hope. We miss her great spirit and her ability to make everyone smile, even on a bad day. We miss you Amy.

This is Baxter before he died. He was featured on 40/29 tv with Drew Michaels. Baxter was truly a very special friend. He was a fighter all the way to the end. God Bless~ Marian Ruesink

We unfortunetly lost Dude while he was waiting to be adopted. He was euthanized after he suffered from"bloat" just after a minor surgery. We will miss him.

Dude came to us in early October with gunshot wounds. After some time he recuperated, and was up for adoption. He was a very sweet boy and he LOVED his ball.

Holden was owned by Ashley G. He died in her arms on 3/16/2009. He was a certified therapy dog and was loved by all. We will miss you dearly Holden.

Keeka was owned by Ashley. She was 13 years old and lived a long happy life.

 

Kody died in the care of the doctors of New Hope. He was survived by his owner Jenny and his best friend Bo Bo. He loved to eat strawberries and go for walks in the park.
 

 Phoebe was another animal in Dr. Life's life that made a big impression.  She will be forever missed.

And as I knelt beside the brook To drink eternal life, I took A glance across the golden grass, And saw my dog, old Rosie, fast As she could come. She leaped the stream— Almost—and what a happy gleam Was in her eye. I knelt to drink And knew that I was on the brink Of endless joy. And everywhere I turned I saw a wonder there.
