My husband and I were both so thankful for the doctors and staff at New Hope this past year. Our 13-year-old cat was suffering and Dr. Booth was able to diagnose and treat her with such compassion. For a full month, in between numerous visits, Dr. Booth would call to get updates and recommend treatment; I never expected this type of personal care, and during such a stressful time, it was so very comforting and helpful. Our Luna passed away in November 2010, and we will never forget her. Likewise, we will never forget the true CARE exhibited by New Hope staff and doctors. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic - their care is outstanding, their staff is educated and compassionate, and their prices are excellent. Thank you so much.

We found our dog in the newspaper about four years ago. We were told that she was in good health and that she had taken worm medication so there was no need to worry. In the first four days she threw up,her stomach was bloated, and the always fun, diarrhea. We started looking through the phone book and honestly we just picked the closest one. She is our first dog so we didn't know what to expect and had never been to the vet. When we got there we were sold. Everyone seemed to really love their jobs and have a huge passion for animals. We didn't know that our dog had worms and that it was treatable so I was so nervous and scared. I had fallen in love with this dog so I was upset. They helped me relax and they have never made me feel silly for getting emotional. they have a true understanding of what it's like to love your animals. It's been almost four years since our first visit and we have never had a bad experience. They always rememebr her name and she feels very special(she told me)She's always excited to go and we are always happy with the service. I recommend this place to all animal lovers.

I started going to New Hope Animal Hospital many years ago, (even before they was in the present location) when we had 2 very sick dogs on a friday night after we got home from work, which turned out to be Parvo. Dr Nancy Belknap (former owner) was the only Vet that we had called on a Friday night(and we called 3 to 4)that was concerned over symptoms enough to have us bring them in to the clinic. Both of our dogs survived Parvo. Riker, our German Shepherd,at the age of 10, was diagnosed with cancer early one morning, had surgery to see if it could be removed, however, it had spread so quickly throughout all of his organs that we did not wake him up from the surgery just to suffer with pain, he was laid him to rest in the Pet Cemetary the same afternoon, Memorial Day Weekend 2003. The New Hope Animal Staff was so wonderful and caring, they comforted us and let us know about choices - they helped us make the arrangements for his burial. Our pets had not seen any other doctor, other than Dr Belknap during all of these years, until 3 1/2 yrs ago, I decided to get another companion and Kasey, a Sheltie came into my life when he was only 8 weeks old, he developed digestive problems very early and I had to have him seen on an emergency basis - and that was the first time I met Dr Lynn Life, Kasey had to have IV's on 2 occasions and after investigating what was causing him to be sick determined it was pesticides (FYI: Watch paper/cloth coverings used under rocks in gardens/around decks, that may be saturated with weed killers even after yrs in place). Kasey would dig in the rocks and chew the underlayment into pieces. To this day, he continues to have to be on sensitive stomach food/treats. Dr Life and her staff are very skilled, thorough and caring, they are active in the community and help when a disaster such as a Hurricane occurs. I am very confident that he is gtting the best medical treatment in Northwest Arkansas and I plan to continue to have them care for my pets for a very long time in the future.
